Terms of use

This document "User Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) is an offer of the Law Firm "Uskov and Partners" posted on the website https://uskov.ru/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), conclude an agreement on the terms of the Agreement set forth below.

1. General provisions

1.1. You hereby confirm that you are a User of the Site from the moment you start and during the use of the Site up to your personal appeal to the Site administrator with a request to abandon any relationship with the Site.
1.2. Your use of the Site in any way and in any form within its declared functionality means concluding an agreement on the terms of this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of Art. 437 and 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

c) the agreement (including any of its parts) can be changed by the Site without any special notice. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Site or brought to the attention of the User in another convenient form, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Agreement.

2.1. The site offers services and provides information by placing information on the page https://uskov.ru/.
2.2. You hereby give your voluntary consent to use the Site and its services, gain access to information, which also contains links to third-party resources.

3. User obligations when using the Site

3.1. You agree not to use the services of the Site for the purpose of:
