Biography
Natalia Uskova has been the lawyer of our company since 2009.
Natalia provides legal support to show business, advises creative teams in the preparation and signing of various contracts on objects of copyright and related rights. She is engaged in the development of franchising contracts, and deals with the recognition of trademarks as well-known in the Russian Federation. Natalia participates in negotiations between clients and their partners and opponents, organizes claims work and conducts court cases.
Natalia takes part in many conferences and professional development programs. For example, she attended the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Conference on the Global Digital Content Market in Geneva. Natalia graduated from the WIPO Summer School on Intellectual Property, as well as a course at the Summer School of Patent Examination, “Patenting Inventions and Utility Models”, organized by the Chamber of Patent Attorneys of the Russian Federation jointly with the St. Petersburg College of Patent Attorneys.
Natalia received her Master's degree in Intellectual Property at the Russian Academy of Justice. The topic of her Master's thesis was “Monopoly of Author's Rights and the Problem of Public Interest in the Digital Age”. Natalia received her Bachelor's degree in jurisprudence at St. Petersburg State University. Natalia has the status of a patent attorney specializing in trademarks and service marks.
Natalia speaks English and French.
